We collect as little as possible and use it only to answer you. This page explains exactly what happens to your data, per Art. 13 GDPR.

Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the details you provide (name, work email, and optionally company, timeline, and your message) solely to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract, taken at your request — and Art. 6(1)(f) for general enquiries. Submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms (form delivery processor); Web3Forms states that it does not store submission content. We do not use your details for marketing and never share them with third parties. Enquiry data is deleted no later than six months after the matter is closed, unless a contract follows.
Hosting & server logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, technically necessary connection data (IP address, request time, user agent) is processed in server logs to deliver the site securely. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Log data is retained for a short period (typically no more than 30 days) and then deleted.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party scripts. Fonts are self-hosted. No consent banner is required because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
Third-country transfers
Our hosting and form-delivery processors may process technical data in third countries under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not otherwise transfer your data outside the EU.
