End-to-end custom software · Europe & the UAE
Your software, in production, in 12 weeks.
Web platforms, mobile apps, and AI agent systems — designed, built, and shipped end to end by one senior team. Fixed scope. Your infrastructure. Your IP.
- Fixed scope, fixed date
- GDPR-grade by design
- You own all code
$ car run --project claims-agents --week 5 ▸ plan 3 workflows mapped · 14 tools ▸ scaffold orchestrator + 4 agents live ▸ evals 212 cases · score 96.4% ▲ 2.1 ▸ deploy staging → eu-central-1 ✓ ● day 34 of 84 — on schedule
The uncomfortable numbers
Most builds run late. Most pilots never ship.
of software projects run over budget — large ones by 45%, while delivering less than promised.
McKinsey & Oxford ↗The failure isn't your idea, and it isn't the technology. It's scope that drifts and progress nobody can see.
So we fix the scope and the date before writing code, demo working software every week, and stay until it runs in production. That's an engineering discipline — and it's the entire company.
What we build
Everything between your idea and production.
One senior team owns the whole build — design, engineering, integrations, and the tests that prove it works. No handoffs, no subcontractors.
Web platforms
Customer portals, B2B platforms, internal tools, SaaS products — from data model to deployment, with auth, payments, and admin done properly.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android with a native feel from one codebase — shipped to both stores with analytics, push, and offline handled from day one.
AI agent systems
Our flagship. Software that completes work — inside your systems, behind your permissions, with every action logged and a human in the loop.
- Inside an agent build:
- Multi-agent orchestration
- Retrieval with citations
- Tool use with approval gates
- Human-in-the-loop
How 12 weeks is possible
We build with the same AI agents we sell.
Agents write the first pass and carry the repetitive work. Senior engineers review, test, and sign off every line. AI makes 12 weeks possible — senior review makes it production-grade.
Where our builds earn their keep
- Customer portals
- Field-service & delivery apps
- Claims triage
- Tender & RFP drafting
- Order-to-invoice reconciliation
- KYC document processing
The 12-week blueprint
Twelve weeks, no mystery.
The plan is public because the plan is the product. This is what happens between signature and go-live.
WK 01–02
Scoping sprint
Map the product, get access to data and systems, fix the scope, the success metrics, and the test plan. Deliverable: architecture doc, a fixed price, and a go/no-go. If it's a no-go, you've spent two weeks — not twelve.
WK 03
Walking skeleton
The thinnest end-to-end slice — screen to database, or agent to tool — live on your real data. First demo.
WK 04–08
Build loop
A demo of working software every week, with a test report beside it. Features, integrations, edge cases — progress you can see, not status meetings.
WK 09–10
Hardening
Security review, load, failure modes. Monitoring, dashboards, and runbooks your team will actually use.
WK 11–12
Shadow, then live
The system runs alongside your current process, measured against baseline. Staged cutover, handover, training.
The guarantee
Live in 12 weeks, or we keep building for free.
The scope and price are fixed in week two and signed by both of us. If we miss the date on that scope, we keep working at no cost until it ships. It's in the contract.
What we need from you
- A process owner for one 45-minute demo per week
- Data access by week two
- Security sign-off scheduled by week eight
Proof, without the logo wall
New company. Judged by the engineering.

212 cases · go-live threshold ≥ 95.0% · scored on every build
Before we build it, we define what ‘working’ means.
A test set built from your real cases — eval suites for agents, automated tests for apps — scored on every build. You watch the number move weekly, and go-live has a threshold, not a vibe.

When you don't need us
If an off-the-shelf tool already solves your problem, we'll tell you in the first call. You'll have spent nothing.
Sovereignty & compliance
Built for Europe and the UAE. Deployed where your lawyers want it.
Your data stays put
EU regions (Frankfurt, Paris), UAE regions (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), your private VPC, or fully on-prem with open-weight models. Your choice, not ours.
GDPR as a deliverable
Data-processing agreement, records of processing, and retention controls ship as standard artifacts — a standard that also exceeds the UAE's PDPL.
EU AI Act, designed in
Article 50 transparency built into every system: users know they're talking to AI, generated content is marked, and you get the classification memo and documentation your compliance team needs.
No training on your data
Your data trains nobody's model. SSO, role-based access, and full audit logs come with every build.
This site practices what it preaches: self-hosted fonts, no third-party scripts, zero cookies — which is why there's no banner.
Fair questions
Asked by every serious buyer.
What happens when it hallucinates?
We assume it will, and engineer for it. Retrieval answers carry citations. Confidence thresholds route uncertain cases to a human. Irreversible actions require approval. And the eval suite — built from your real cases — has to pass a defined threshold before anything goes live.
How is this different from the chatbot we already tried?
A chatbot answers questions and stops there. An agent completes work: it reads the ticket, looks up the contract, drafts the response, posts to your ERP — with permissions, approval gates, and an audit trail. It's software engineering, not a widget.
Why not build it in-house?
You should — eventually. External partnerships reach production about twice as often as internal first builds (MIT, 2025). We ship version one to production, then hand your team the keys: code, evals, runbooks, training. In-house takes over a working system instead of a blank page.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full repository, IP assignment, documentation, eval suites. We build on standard open frameworks with a model-agnostic architecture — no proprietary runtime, no lock-in.
What does it cost?
The two-week scoping sprint is priced on its own, so your risk stays small. It ends with a fixed quote for the full build — fixed scope, fixed price, no hourly meter. And the guarantee applies: live in 12 weeks on that scope, or we keep building at no cost.
What happens after week 12?
The system runs without us — that's the point of the handover. If you want us to stay close, an optional care plan covers model updates, eval monitoring, and new capabilities.
